External Advisory Committee

The Faculty's External Advisory Committee advises and makes recommendations to the Dean on the Faculty's relationship to the IT industry.

Its terms of reference include: the Faculty's place in the IT professions, the value, nature and scope of the professional experience component of the Faculty's courses, the Faculty's admissions and enrolment practices, and any other matters of relevance to the Faculty's relationship with industry. The internal members of the External Committee are the Dean, the Associate Dean (Education), the Associate Dean (Research, Policy and Planning), the Faculty Manager and the Executive Assistant as the secretary of the Committee.
